This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Eaghan diagnosed and repaired an ice maker problem easily and professionally and treated me right. He explained everything up front and took time to be sure I understood the potential outcomes before he began the job. I was very impressed.

Reed Appliance Service just replaced my dryer vent with a new rigid duct. He did a great job - was fast, courteous, timely and cleaned up after his work. I will definitely use this service again if we ever need any appliance repairs. We'll also have him back to do yearly service on the dryer duct.
